The foundation was launched by young entrepreneurs and professionals who believe that achieving the National Technology Initiative is essential for Türkiye to raise its voice globally and take its place among economically and socially advanced nations. In line with this vision, it aims to build a country that not only consumes technology but also designs, develops, and exports it.

Operating with the vision of “A Technology-Developing Türkiye” the T3 Foundation builds a holistic ecosystem from idea to product through education programs, technology competitions, scholarships, entrepreneurship activities, and project-focused initiatives. Its goal is to increase young people’s confidence in producing, train competent individuals in technology, and strengthen Türkiye’s independence in high technology.

T3 Foundation was established on December 12, 2016, under the leadership of Selçuk Bayraktar by a group of engineers, entrepreneurs, and professionals who combined social responsibility awareness with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Its main purpose is to train human resources that will reduce Türkiye’s external dependency in critical technologies and to involve young people in production processes from an early age.
